Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Cowboy & Collar. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order. We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from damage caused after delivery

To start a return, please contact us at cowboyandcollar@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back. Return shipping is free. We will cover the cost of sending the item back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, store credit, or exchange.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our fulfilment partner, it is outside of our control. At that point, the package is in the hands of the carrier and subject to their handling, processes, and timelines. Cowboy & Collar is not responsible for:

  • 📦 Packages lost in transit
  • 📍 Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • ✅ Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • ⏳ Delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or logistical issues beyond our control

We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been dispatched. What We Recommend if you experience any of the above issues, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbours or building reception in case the parcel was left with someone
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Checking for any customs or delivery notices
